Agenda:

1. Distribute the application and water trail plan to members and review 
2. Current Issues:

• Wood debris clean-up in upper reach
• Coordination with signage
• Coalition support for Fish Lake Landing

      3.    Discuss future coalition meeting logistics, meeting topics/objectives

      4.    Discuss roles as outlined in MOU, and some team building activities for all organizations in coalition such as: field trips to different segments/communities along the water trail, assist other organizations in visibility and opportunities, etc. 

      5.    Share thoughts on new Shiawassee Water Trail public website, and the coalition page.

      6.    Discuss WIN Grant to development of a Toolbox - give some guidance to Barbara Nelson-Jameson regarding what would be beneficial to include in a toolbox.
